Tangy Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

Making your own salad dressing at home is actually quite a breeze. This simple honey mustard vinaigrette lends it’s tangy twist to apple cider vinegar and is awesome on grilled vegetables as well.

Every once in a while I enjoy a fresh green salad. Especially after I have been indulgent on another front. Dietary or other wise.

And nothing compliments an otherwise bland salad than a bang for your buck vinaigrette. It is also an irresistible dip for your crunchy vegetables!


Ingredients

1. 1 clove garlic

2. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

3. 1 tablespoon mustard

4. 1 / 2 teaspoon honey

5.  Salt and pepper to taste.

6. 1/3 cup canola oil


Let’s Make It!

Mix all ingredients except the canola oil and whisk.

Add in the canola oil a little at a time as you whisk.

Tip: If you would like to add some heat to the dressing, you may add some paprika. 

You may refrigerate the dressing to be used at a later date.
