So much has been said about planning meals. However, none of that matters if there lacks a system that supports your meal planning routine .
One realization you are going to come to after incorporating healthy meal planning into your life is that you are eating better. No more adhoc snacking, and even if you do, the only snacks you will find in your kitchen are healthy because you deliberately take time to think about what you buy.
We have all been there, well, I have anyway. You know whats for dinner but you are in the mood for something different. Or it could be that you are bored of eating the same food often. This is where the need for some deliberate effort comes in. Finding meal planning inspiration requires consistent curiosity. Choose a time in your schedule when your not too busy or too exhausted to do this. I like Saturdays for this because of how my routine is set up.

The one day of the week that should be easy is Sunday. This sausage, pepper, potato bake is intentionally made for this. It is indulgent, tasty and makes for great comfort food.
Meatballs are a favourite in my home, and more so teriyaki meatballs. School holidays present a unique challenge every time they come around. Meal Planning is, at its most basic level, a highly personalized activity. How i would do it is not how the next person would do it. This is largely because our routines and preferences are different. There are those who plan an entire month in advance and there are those who just wing it.
