It’s movie night and you are wondering what snack to make for the evening. You can never go wrong with crisps. Herb crisps to be specific.
Crisps are a timeless snack. Enjoyed by a broad generational spectrum. Made with various flavors, chilli, cheese, onion, vinegar, tomato. Well here is yet another flavor to tickle your taste buds, sage herb crisps.
Sage is a vibrant herb that I absolutely love to use especially when cooking red meat. It’s strong flavor and aroma remind me of rosemary, although they have different notes.
Go ahead and surprise your friends and loved ones with this snappy snack!

- Pour vegetable oil in a skillet and add sage. Heat.
- Pat down the potatoes on a clean kitchen towel.
- Place in hot oil and fry for not more than 5 minutes. Keep a close eye on them as they can brown in an instance.
- Remove and drain on serviettes. Enjoy your crunchy snack!
