  1. Pour the omena on a tray and sort by picking up each fish and placing in a separate bowl.
  2. Prep your ingredients.
  3. Remove the oyster sauce from the fridge. It’s very thick and opening the top is usually a struggle for me so I let it thaw out a little bit.
  4. Sautè all the vegetables on medium heat, with the oyster sauce going in last, just before the omena.
  5. Serve with ugali and your preferred vegetable side
