Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the black pepper, turmeric, mint, garlic and salt. Mix well.
In a skillet, sautèe the onions and add the tomatoes.
After one minute, pour in the eggs. Keep the heat on low.
Sprinkle some cheese on top of the eggs before flipping.
Flip the eggs when the underside is done.
Allow to cook for another minute before serving.
Garnish with mustard and cucumber slices.
Sprinkle some extra cheese on top. Cheese always makes everything better.
