Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°c.
  2. Mix the sugar and margarine together.
  3. Add the egg and fold it in.
  4. Pour in the milk, yogurt, lemon juice and whisk.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients together; flour, baking soda, salt and thyme.
  6. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Fold and be sure not to overmix.
  7. Grease your baking tin and pour in the cake mix.
  8. Bake for 40 minutes.
Recipe Notes

If you are using fresh thyme, you may increase the quantity slightly.
